The immersive light installation is designed to transport participants into a realm of ethereal beauty and introspection. Drawing upon mastery of manipulating light and space, this installation invites visitors to experience a transformative journey through carefully crafted environments. Upon entering "Parda," visitors are enveloped in a world of luminous hues and shifting shadows. The space challenges perceptions of scale and distance, blurring boundaries between light and darkness. Transparent bas-reliefs create surfaces for light to reflect and reshape itself, adding to the immersive experience.
Light, as the first source of creation, reorients our disoriented inner consciousness, which struggles with numerous fake coordinates and locations. It helps restore the degraded function of information filtering and sorting, lost in the universal system of programmed applications and automatic information. By using light, we can rebuild the essential coordinates of our consciousness: natural functions and characteristics. This project proposes to utilize light’s primary material—reflections and radiations—to merge and harmonize rays, thus rebuilding the being.
